The Situation
This storied site, located on the main suburban thoroughfare of Cedar Avenue, was home to an outdated 1970s office building before the B2 team razed it to the ground. Originally a bank, we discovered an old vault under the parking lot! We were able to swiftly remove the surprise structure with minimal impact to the owner and schedule. Other project challenges included soil correction and having to plan around the winter months.
The Result
While we didn’t unearth any rare coins, our client ended up with a gem of a building. Exceeding expectations, Launch Properties’ new retail center was completed in a timely, cost-conscious fashion. And its success has cemented the desire to partner up on more projects!
